Upon staying at this hotel I am very pleased overall. Marvin and his staff are hands on making sure the grounds, pool area, vending machines, and rooms are always clean. The pet areas provide bags for dog waste and are kept clean as well Marvin is very involved with the staff and day to day operations of the hotel. The staff is friendly. Great place to stay!

I can't say enough about how good this place is. I was having trouble joining the Hello Rewards program to get a discounted room rate and the Manager spent a great deal of time helping me so that I could get the price and get into my room after a stressful day of car trouble. The room was very clean, great pillows (!), a refrigerator with ice box, microwave, etc. Wonderful pool outside my room, plenty of parking with security cameras, ample snack offerings in the office and vending area. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were to guests and each other. Some construction is going on and that was not intrusive at all. Location is great in terms of walking to stores or food if you don't want to drive. Comfortable room temperature without loud AC noise. I can't believe it's this good for this price!

I have stayed her for almost a month and I have never had a problem. The house keeping staff are all sweet and kind in addition to doing their job. The office staff are more then accommodating and the manager is always some where making sure things get done right. They have a nice pool which is clean daily as well as the rooms that are clean daily. They are pet friendly and low priced. No they don't have all the shampoo and hair products that those fancy ones have but its clean and well kept. Compared to the other low price hotels in Sierra Vista this one is 100% better then the other hotels here in which I would rather sleep in my car then either of them.They even helped with job searches and recommending places to look for homes or apartments. I would like to Thank the Motel 6 staff for making my move from Alabama to Arizona more accommodating. To the other reviewers to each it's own everyone experiences are not the same but mines and my room mates WERE GREAT!!!

Pretty much whole experience was pleasant. Upon checkin, front desk staff was very pleasant and they were for our entire stay. They were also very attentive to our needs. Housekeeping was also very pleasant and took care of all of our requests and needs and since we were traveling with a pup, that is very important. They were very accomodating to him and we appreciated that. The hotel is older in an older part of town but we felt very safe there. The rooms looked to have been remodeled or at least partly remodeled! They are small, so don't expect a suite. The beds were very comfy and everything was clean! If you like comfortable but not budget breaking then this is the right place. So don't leave bad reviews because you don't get a $400 room for the motel 6 price! It's very misleading in a bad way for those of us trying to find a genuine nice but budget friendly stop!! Thanks for the great experience Motel 6 in Sierra Vista!

Booked through Priceline on 7/12/21 for a two-night stay and paid $129.98. Upon arrival to the establishment, we were given the last room available. We proceeded to the room after check-in to be greeted by excessive temperatures in the room (high 80s to low 90s). The room AC was already running but not producing any cool air. ||||I returned to the front desk to inquire about an alternate room. The clerk tried to play innocent but it was clear he already knew the AC situation in the room. He advised me there were no other rooms available but that he could pull a window AC from a "suite" and install it in our room's window. I found that option unacceptable and advised him we would find alternate arrangements. After we retrieved our belongings, we returned the room key. The clerk advised us he was already processing the refund on the room.||||It's been 10 days and I've received no refund. I've opened a claim with Priceline to obtain the promised refund.|||| Steer clear of this place. Shady business operations at best.

I recently stayed there after dropping a couple friends off who lived in the area (their house was already packed and since I didn't really know their family, I preferred to stay at a motel).
The staff was acceptable, not particularly excellent, but not poor either although they did mess up the type of room I requested. I realize it's cheap, but the least you can ask for is to get the room you requested. I wanted non-smoking, I got a smoking room. At 2 am, I wasn't going to get out and go all around the building and try to get a different room with all my luggage. So I stayed in a room with smoke stench and then to discover washed out bedsheets with yellow stains and a strand of hair that clearly didn't belong to me. Gross... That was not the only one. One of the towels in the bedroom also had a strand of hair sticking out. The shower was clean and I had no problems with it at all, however the bed was uncomfortable and the discovery of various hair strands really doesn't make your mind not think about all the potential bed bugs you share the night with.

This hotel has very bad maintenance. Between the new manager(Shannon)||and the maintenance man(Jeff)this place is half managed and the place is infested with mice. The maintenance supervisor has done nothing to remedy this. I've seen him treat his staff very badly, especially the ones that I have seen there for years. There are new housekeepers that have come in that work together and don't do a very good, in fact a really bad job. I can't believe that the owner will put up with this type of bad management. I have been here before and the housekeeping has always been excellent. The older housekeepers do a great job but the new ones are terrible. They need to change their manager and maintenance staff. Mice feces on our pillows? Really? Get it together Knights Inn!

The room was quiet and comfortable during my two day stay. When checking out, I informed the front desk that there were two maintenance items: (1) The overhead ventilation filter was completely clogged resulting in no discernible air flow through it (it also looked to be a 30-day type removable filter), and (2) the triangular metal brace at the left side of the bathroom sink support was missing a nut to hold that brace to the wall-mounted stud. (Nothing appeared loose in spite of the missing nut, but I did not try to disturb the structure.)
