You will love the cool soft pillows. I had nothing short of an excellent experience with this property and staff. Front desk staff, breakfast service & staff, atmosphere was calm, quiet and easy. Big screen TV, excellent WiFi everywhere, cold water in lobby 24/7, very diverse snack place at reasonable pricing, I can't say enough but I will go on about how clean the entire establishment is kept! Spacious rooms, complete & not cramped at all bathroom. Shower rocks, bed is super comfy and even though it was 100% full I can't believe how quiet it was at all times. Staff rocks, very helpful with just about any request. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here.

Everything about this Hotel is Top-Notch!!! The Manager, Jackie Pesina, is the absolute BEST and goes above and beyond in delivering Excellent Customer Service, at all times!!! Mandy, Marcella, Monique, Destiny, Erica and the rest of the Staff also go above and beyond to insure our comfort and are very courteous and helpful at all times!!! The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the Buffet Breakfast is Fabulous, featuring high end, healthy options!!! We feel very welcome, comfortable and valued every time we stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Tucson Airport!!! We really feel as though this is our "Home Away From Home!!!" We will definitely be back!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

I am a IHG club member so I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’s. Due to renovations, I unfortunately can’t give this stay one of my best ratings. Walking to room from desk area was a “oh well” experience. Not being a snob, but I wasn’t treated as a club member like all other IGG stays. Didn’t think I’d miss that. I suspect it has to do with desk clerk working in a renovation type environment. No operating fan in bathroom. Hotel store is nice and room was comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel to break the journey. If I would have known in advance the construction was happening at the property, I would have stayed somewhere else. Check in experience was smooth. We booked 2 rooms next to each other. When checked into one of the rooms, there was a big stain with some sticky material on one of the beds. Called the front desk and they said there is no housekeeping service available but gave us another room which was not next to it. Beds were very uncomfortable, and I was hoping to have good sleep before I begin another 9 hours journey next day. I had back pain when I woke up due to the bed quality. Breakfast was good and hot. Construction was happening everywhere at the hotel (lobby, on our floor etc). The rooms looked worn out and definitely need update assuming this is why the construction was happening.

As stated in the previous posts, this hotel is going through a renovation. I was fortunate and was given a room that has been redone already and turned out great. Everything in the room was new, clean, and modern. The entry to hotel looks to still need work, but seems like everything is coming out great. Workers can be seen throughout property working. The breakfast can be better. Only complaint i had was breakfast didnt seem fresh and dining area was small. Also, since construction going on, the parking was scarce and entry to building was limited only to front of hotel.

First time staying here (January 2025). The hotel is in the process of a well needed major remodel. Everything was a mess. My room was most of the way through the update. Disappointed with this stay. Hopefully it will improve for the future.

Hotel was under renovation. Luckly our room had been mostly finished. (Trim work not completed)
Entry and counter had dust everywhere. The elevator was filthy. Due to our flight schedule, we left at 3am. The coffee pot would not work in our room. There was no hot coffee in the lobby. We would not have eaten breakfast there even if the area had been open. Dirt and dust everywhere.
We made our reservations back in July. Should have done more research, the rate was extremely high.

Customer service is a joke here. When I arrive to the airport they did not pick me up, they said it was close to 11 PM and the driver was not available. In the morning, I booked my shuttle to the airport, After the schedule, I asked where to load the shuttle and they said no driver was available, and an Uber was schedule within the next 5 minutes. After 15 minutes wait and no Uber signs nor updates from the front desk. I had to order a Taxi myself to avoid missing my flight. This location lacks customer service, I will never stay here again.
