We were looking for safe and affordable place to stay near Tombstone, AZ. We also insisted it be in the Choice Hotel group. The Comfort Inn in Sierra Vista was perfect for us. The hotel was our central base of operations for the exploration of the area. ||Three employees deserve special mention- Hope and Rachel at the front desk, and the hardworking female that prepares the delicious breakfast every morning! I'm sorry but I forgot her name-Linda?||The beds were great! Where do they get those pillows? We loved them. The TV package was top tier and the entire experience at the hotel was the icing on a nice trip. Clean and quiet, friendly guests too. An added bonus was the perfect cool weather. Our second floor window gave us a nice view of E. Fry Blvd and we were able to keep the window open at night. It's a peaceful town too. ||When we travel to that area again we'll return to this well-run, clean, and safe hotel.

Very good experience Nichole is a great manger who accommodated very well. Breakfast was decent hopefully they get more alternative options besides the pork down the road. Rooms are very clean hotel is clean the pool was nice just needs a cookout area.

Positive: Pleasant staff, overall cleanliness. Negative: Very nice room. But very poor housekeeping staff. Three days bathtub not cleaned. Was reported twice. Fresh towels not replaced daily even though I requested full daily service when I checked in. Last full day bed not made.

Positive: The room was updated with composite flooring, plenty of space, good lighting, and outlets. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Negative: In the early evening, there is a little traffic noise, but really not a problem.

The staff was nice and professional , nice breakfast with variety and a to go bag or carton , clean bathroom only thing was the room next to me noisy guest 6 am in the morning. Other than that it is in a nice safe location off of a main street and not hard to find.

I would never stay here again. We paid the pet deposit and after we checked out we were charged $300 because our dog peed on a bath towel and pillow case.
