I love the food for the most part however I couldn’t give it 5 stars because in some of the meals, the vegetables taste old or overcooked. Sort of tastes like they reuse the vegetables in the frozen meals that do not sell in time.
I found this in the fresh weekly ordered meals as well as the grab and go frozen.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful with whatever questions you have. Love the convenience of coming in and grabbing a bunch of frozen meals. Great variety.

Favorite meal is the brisket Mac and cheese 🔥

This place was recommended to me by a Navy recruiter who had nothing but great things to say about it! I had to check it out myself and so glad I did! Traveling and needed to find a place with clean food and low sodium for my diet. I was very happy with my choice. I tried the Salmon Poke bowl and it was delicious. My boyfriend got a wrap and he was also pleasantly surprised at how much he enjoyed it as well.

Absolutely awesome place to grab a meal or frozen meals when you are dieting, on calorie control, or a bodybuilder like myself. The staff was friendly and did a great job helping find exactly the meals I need that fit my calorie requirements for peak week. Portion size is good, and the food is awesome, I had no idea I could eat such a variety of different foods and still hit calorie goals. Super happy.

Well I was beyond surprised to see how much we enjoyed this place. I didn’t expect to want to go back again and again. We wanted something lighter, not a full blown restaurant, and not fast food. I feel like this place is somewhat in the middle but providing exceptional taste and good quantity. I will be coming back here for more and most likely will start purchasing some of their take home meal prep meals. Even my toddler had something and he very much loved it. Must try if you want something healthy.

Tried something new tonight. I have allergies and a chronic inflammatory disease so it’s hard to find places to eat and I always have to have the food modified but this was a great change of pace. I feel like it was made for people with food sensitivities and dietary restrictions. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions about ingredients and even double checked things for me when I asked. Tasted pretty good too. I will definitely be coming back
