Discovered this amazing hidden gem while working in Cottonwood. Located across the street from the Marriott I was staying at, this is worthy of road trip for for a night of truly homemade Mexican cuisine that will leave you full and big smile on your face. Also shout out the very awesome wait staff here. Looking forward to returning!

Catered my sister-in-laws baby shower with a 24 hour notice and for a reasonable price they fed 50+ people. Food was great, hot and plenty! All of my catering will be done with them! Their bar is stocked!

Best keep family secret of cottonwood!!!!!
Food is delicious and perfect portions.
Outdoor playground with 2 slides and bathroom. Easily seat 20 ppl just outside. Fully enclosed with a little sand pit too. Perfect for family and small private events. Seafood and standard Mexican food.

A great little cozy hideaway restaurant. The service was awesome. We were seated with our drink order within 5 minutes of being there. The food was fantastic and there were so many options. There's the traditional Mexican fare, plus Mexican Sushi, and a seafood boil that's reminiscent of Kickin Crab in CA. The drinks are wonderful, too!

Abuella checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if the restaurant's temperature was okay. She made sure we had enough to drink and that the spice level of the food and sauces were good. I would definitely recommend.

First time at Mineros. We went for seafood and sushi, and both were very good. We also like the atmosphere. Some local places are just large open rooms, or they are full of skull and skeleton depictions, which is not that appetizing to me. This place is much more cozy and inviting to my taste. The owner is very nice also.

UPDATE: We have been here 3 more times. Tried different entrees and have loved them all. In addition to Mexican dishes and Mexican style sushi rolls, they also have Louisiana Style seafood. I had a boil bag and it was great. The deep-fried sushi rolls are also a favorite.

The best place to get Louisiana Boil and they make their own recipe Mexican Sushi. The proce is worth it because 2 people can share a roll and it's plenty. Overall amazing and the owners are the cooks and servers! They keep it local and they are my favorite restaurant in the Verde Valley

This was a great place! Kids had fun playing on the playground, the long Island iced tea and margaritas were amazing, and the food was excellent! Definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we are in Cottonwood.
