Our first experience at Thai Palace and we were not disappointed. We had the Tempura Shrimp and veggies, Pad Thai and orange chicken and all were very good. I was a little surprised that the veggies with the Tempura Shrimp were also fried in Tempura batter. They were good, just unexpected. The orange chicken was sweet and tender and we should have ordered with a little spice. We should have also ordered the pad Thai with a little spice. It was good and we enjoyed it but we should have ordered differently. The servers were very friendly but they were swamped and probably could have used more help. We would have liked our water filled during the meal. That is the only reason for one less star on service.

We ordered food to go. The place was jammed with diners. My 9yr old daughter ate the egg rolls, before I had a chance. The mussaman was on point with great flavors. The pad sa ew noodles looked like (rehydrate noodles) not the fresh noodles I am use to. My larb gai was just ok. It was missing a quiet a few herbs like mint, galanga, kiefer lime leaves (it just needed more thai herb). Food quality is good.

I do love Hot & Sour Soup...and I've never had it like this. It had chicken and button mushrooms and it was delightful. Also had the chicken satay....delish. The spring rolls were also wonderful...and the fried tofu. This little place was clean, staff was pleasant and (in addition to being yummy) the food was nicely priced.

We had dinner on Sunday night, our second time at this place. The food is amazing, occasionally they have live music and the vibe is great. The only reason I’m not able to give a 5 star on service is we ordered a dessert and then waited 25 minutes for it to be served. By the time it came we were beyond ready to leave. Other than that the place is great. The restrooms are very clean. The lighting is nice and it’s not so loud you can’t have a conversation with your spouse!

Best authentic Thai Restaurant. I absolutely love their Massuman Curry with fried tofu. The #2 level has a nice tingle to be able to enjoy the flavors. Beautiful interior, friendly server, easy parking. I've been here when it's packed, and notice there's a lot of to go orders. I'm happy to eat at off-peak times. Its voted one of the best in Cottonwood, and many Sedona locals will drive for their Thai food. It's that good. Do check their hours before arriving.

+JMJ Friday, 19 August 2022... Finally, a day off to have a meal at this restaurant. Been waiting awhile since they reopened. Anyway, delighted to be able to offer a review of my first visit!! 😁 Warm welcome by the waitstaff. My server Dru was an absolutely delightful and very polite guy! My order of fresh salad with a DELICIOUS peanut sauce was superb: Crisp veggies and a just right portion. The spring rolls were scrumptious, hot. And, the sauce was sweet and added to the tastiness of the rolls. Yummy! And, then the Shrimp tempura arrived. My goodness! What an amazing portion. First bite of the shrimp was a taste sensation!! My! My! Then I discovered the vegetables. Man, I wouldn't mind eating my vegetables like this every meal: Crisp, not overly salty or spicy. Also, there is a sweet dipping sauce. Though initially hungry and thought I could eat the entire meal, even after the salad and spring rolls, I had to throw in my chopsticks (figuratively ~because I took them with me) and asked for a to-go box. Must mention that the more than ample serving of Jasmine rice was the just right consistency and a nice additional side. The background music was culturally appropriate even though modern. The menu is so extensive that I will have to return. And, before I had finished my meal, some other diners arrived. One in the party saw my meal and asked what it was. That is what he ordered. Additionally, he mentioned that he and some others had been there Wednesday past and that he ordered the Orange Chicken. He said it wasn't just good, it was exceptional. So, that is going to be my next meal when I can visit on a day other than Friday. If in Old Town Cottonwood a day when they are open, I encourage you to stop in. Great servers, ambience, and delicious food!

The service was very friendly and the food was great! The parking area is a bit small, but being in oldtown Cottonwood, that's normal. There are plenty of other places to park if you don't mind a quick walk.

The Pad Thai was excellent. I tried spice level 4, and it was a good balance of flavor and heat. They were also happy to make it with an allergy accommodation for me. Other things we ordered include fried rice, fresh rolls, garlic shrimp, and mango sticky rice, which were also fanatic.

Their food and service have made me a regular customer. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. There are indoor and outdoor seating options, and they are willing and able to accommodate larger groups.
