I'm not sure why they have anything less than a 5 star because this place is amazing! It's not a huge place, but it doesn't matter, Adriana and family are doing a fabulous job! We were in town for 3 days and we had dinner one day and lunch another. We read several reviews before visiting and so many people talked about planning trips around stopping here for a meal and we thought, hmm it must be pretty good. Well....it was amazing!!!! Everything is homemade and they are happy to customize whatever you order, you don't want onions? no problem, we will leave them out. You only want meat and cheese inside your burrito? we can do that. You want extra mushrooms? sure, we can do that, we can make it however you want. It was all prepared fresh and we even saved room for dessert, the homemade flan. If you are a flan lover, then you too should save room, the flavors when we were there were caramel, peanut butter, and cream cheese. I opted for the cream cheese and was not disappointed, the texture was perfect and the flavor was cheesecake meets flan. YUMMY!
Adriana and family, please keep doing what you're doing!!!

Oh, and don't forget the prickly pear margarita!!

When I step into Adriana’s Mexican Food, I feel like I've been transported to a quaint village in Mexico. The vibrant colors, inviting aromas, and friendly staff create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu isn’t very extensive but it offers a good of number of traditional Mexican dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. From mouthwatering tacos and enchiladas to flavorful fajitas.

The margaritas are not to be missed either. Whether you prefer a classic margarita or a more adventurous flavor, Adriana’s has you covered.

And finally, a Mexican restaurant that offers churros!

The service at Adriana’s is also exceptional. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure that you have a delightful dining experience.

If I could give you a 10 star I would without a doubt!

I have waited 1 1/2 years to come back to the BEST Mexican in Cottonwood AZ! If you visit Cottonwood this is a MUST stop!

Prickly Pear Margarita, homemade flour and homemade corn shells, and the best Pollo alla Crema I have ever eaten in my life! And somehow it is even better the next day! And the tamales are out of this world!

Beautiful outside patio! Great atmosphere and makes the staff makes you feel like family!

Very cute place, pleasant server (I think Adriana?). Huge variety on menu, and she even suggested an off-menu combo for what I was craving! The food very good, generous portions. My favorite was the veggie enchilada. I'm all about change for good, so here are my suggestions: offer a milder salsa. I love salsa, but it was too hot for me and I sure hated wasting the generous cup of salsa brought with the chips. Next, way too much cheese for me--it was on everything except the rice. Maybe you could ask customers if they want lite, medium, or heavy cheese. Last, I nearly fell coming down the uneven cement to the entrance--spray paint it bright yellow or something to prevent falls. Thank you for the lovely dining experience♡♡

I’ve been looking forward to coming here ever since a friend gushed about their experience here. I’m happy to report it exceeded all expectations. Adriana was a wonderful host and server, suggesting off menu items that were fantastic. The margaritas were delicious, the salsa nice and smokey, and the vibes were immaculate. ✨

Can’t wait to come back again sometime. This was our favorite meal of the trip and it wasn’t even close.

Best Mexican Food around.
Huge portion of absolutely delicious carnitas. If you are in Sedona it's well worth the 20 min drive. Just double check when open, typically closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Great food. Reminds me of a few old school restaurants that are unfortunately long gone in SoCal. Prickly Pear margaritas are very refreshing. Wet burritos were outstanding. And the FLAN!!!!! WOW

We planned our trip around this amazing food! Stopped last summer and were so pleased, we had to come back. So glad we did. A bit off the main street, but so worth it!
