Decibel is inside a clean, cute hipster shipping container “mall.” I only got a matcha which was technically well made, but the matcha powder they use wasn’t great quality

I loved EVERYTHING about this place. The coffee, treats, friendly customer service, and the ambience. Very relaxing atmosphere with reasonably priced goodies. I would definitely come back and bring a friend !

Delicious med roast espresso from coffee pros. Scones look deadly, both savory, sweet and vegan. Lovely part of town to walk and sip. Very enjoyable.

Really sensational little coffee shop. Fully embraced the beautiful Tucson weather by having mostly quaint outdoor seating among the trees and a few cacti. Incredible baristas who pull a great shot of espresso. And I had a particular affinity for the scones, which were fresh baked and had some unique and fantastic flavors (like blood orange or rhubarb). Unfortunately I live on the other side of the country from them, but I think back on the few mornings I spent there fondly.

Coffee is AMAZING, one of my favorite places to get espresso beans for home. Their seasonal lattes and offerings are always so good and creative, and you can never go wrong with the salted honey. Plus I think they have the best scones in all of Tucson… especially the savory ones!!

This is my first time coming to Decibel Coffee on Congress near El Rio.

I ordered a 12 oz Latte with Honey, hazelnut, and almond milk. It was strong but delicious! Not too hot on my first sip!

I recommend trying this place. It's a nice environment. However, I feel sorry for the folks who faced a terrible experience with a young woman. She was my former classmate. I’m not attacking her but I hope she takes accountability for her behavior and learns from it. No person in a job should be disrespectful, judge or rush customers. Having Bad habits can make it harder for young employees like me and her to get an opportunity anywhere.

As a former employee from ARS Supply, I know how hard it can be when working in a job. I know that it’s VERY important to be professional, respectful and honest at your job while following the chain of commands. I hope that she understands and she should.

Friendly staff and a cool modern design made Decibel Coffee a memorable experience.

And the coffee itself was excellent.

I had an iced decaf Americano with heavy cream. The Coffee was smooth and nutty and only very slightly fruity. Just enough fruity notes not to be flat or bitter. But not so much that it was sour.

The barista accommodated me by putting the raw sugar into the coffee whiles it was hot before adding the ice. Which makes all the difference. They also added just the right amount of heavy cream to accentuate the nutty flavors in the coffee without washing out the taste completely.

Good baristas make all the difference.
