We dropped in and ordered pizza to be delivered because it fit our timeline. The young woman, Rebecca I think, working Tuesday night around 530 pm, was very helpful with all our requests and modifications and she seemed never to get rattled but rather accepted our order without hesitation.
I did not know that we had left a tip on the order and when the delivery woman arrived I offered her a tip as well. She declined explaining that it was attached to the order. I joked that she should have double dipped and she said no honesty was the best policy. On top of the excellence of those two staff members the pizza was hot and delicious.

The store recently opened and I had ordered cheese bread and a large supreme pizza. The pizza was undercooked along with the bread sticks. I called and they made everything right, except I only got a medium not a large. No biggie.
I've continued to order from there and they have absolutely surpassed expectations from when they first opened. The hot honey garlic wings are to die for!!! The hot mango habenero wings are amazing as well. The ranch is beyond AMAZING and homemade!! The bread sticks have definitely gotten better from when they first opened.
Highly recommend this place! Wish they had coupons lol

I am 7 months pregnant and really wanted a salad. I waited all day for R&R to open and have my salad delivered. When I got home, this is what I was disappointed with… and not to mention it cost around $13 for this salad for the “added meat”. I am now a super bummed and hungry pregnant person.

They are the best pizza in Cottonwood! We ordered a pizza last night and had it delivered. It was not what we ordered. We called and told them and they offered to make us a fresh pizza or take off a topping from our order. We opted for them to take off a topping. The pizza they delivered was good just missing the pepperoni. Anyway about 15 minutes or so later we had a knock on our door with another pizza! Now that is great service. They have always had great service for us. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

We are from the valley and went up north to hike in cooler weather. We stopped to grab some pizza and decided to try out R&R Pizza. We are truly impressed. Great customer service, great quality pizza and bread sticks, and good price. We will come back again. We also heard the homemade ranch is amazing. We will have to try it next time. Glad we found it. 😊

Ordered pizza, bread sticks, and a small salad. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the breadsticks were OK, and the salad was not worth the money. On top of that, we drove to pick it up and they had the gall to ask for a TIP. For what? Handing me my pizza? What have they done for me lately!! Tips are for waitresses that SERVE you meals and come back to your table to check on you. If the owner of this establishment can't pay their employees a decent wage, NOT MY PROBLEM!!! Never order pizza here again. I would give you zero stars if it were an option.

So I too feel I have to give a new review to R&R Pizza.

When I first moved to Cottonwood 3 yrs ago I discovered R & R Pizza. Pizza is one of my favorite foods, so I know good pizza. I don't do the "fast foods of pizza stores". R&R Pizza used to be good. Then I notice it changing, really going downhill. The crust was like biting into a brick. The sauce used to taste good, not any more. The cheese, has no flavor. The new owners have run what used to be a good pizza store into the ground. Not sure why you would buy a business only to change basically everything. In my opinion they have changed to cheap ingredients and it shows in the lack of quality in the food. The prices went up and the quality went WAY down. Now I drive to Camp Verde for Crusty's pizza. Too bad Cottonwood can't get a Marco's pizza.
One more thing, I gave it a 1 for atmosphere because sometimes the music is so loud I can't hear when I call in my order.
