I've noticed that during many of my visits, the Clusters lobby could use some extra attention in terms of cleanliness Additionally, I encountered an issue with my recent order, as some items listed on the menu were missing from my sandwiches. I returned to the counter for assistance, but there were no employees and had all gone to the back after waiting a while one employee then came out took out sandwiches back and add the missing items

Our first time here. I had the chicken pot pie soup that was delicious. The salad was also very good. I want to try the BLTA next time. We don't have this place near our home in Idaho so we have to travel here or to Utah.

PotBelly is one of the underrated sandwich shops here in the Denver and surrounding suburbs. If you like cold sandwiches, this is the place to go. At times, you may catch a musician playing music for the customers which I find quite pleasing and soothing. The customer service is outstanding, the facility is super clean and maintained, and the food is always great. If you’re not up to making the trip to PotBelly, guess what, they have a mobile app for doordash and if you don’t want to go inside, guess what again, this family has a drive thru! That is an added bonus. I highly encourage and recommend others to come here and support your local establishment during these trying times.

After seeing that castle rock had anther sandwich shop to choose from we wanted to give this place a try. It was a Totally disappointment. I understand with Covid and peoples want for business to treat them with respect many places are under staffed. But 45 minutes for a sandwich is madness. Since the Lobby is closed your forced to use the drive through that does not allow for one to leave. Your stuck there.

My recommendation would be to open your lobby and allow people to leave and if they don’t have the time to wait. You don’t have to let them eat in there. I feel for the person who was on their lunch break. They are now late for work and did not get to eat.

Also, if that is how your going to run your business. State such… a simple note like hey folks- do to staffing shortages and our inability to manage ourselves we anticipate that it will take 45 minutes to make a sandwich. Please plan accordingly.

As for the sandwich… not worth the wait.

First time at Potbellys. Ordered the Wreck, with everything. Though similar sized to other sub sandwiches, was filled with very tasty and fresh tasting ingredients. Enough that I could only finish half ( they cut in two without being asked like I've had to at other sandwich shops! Prices were reasonable for today's economy. The menu choices were varied enough that I wil try something else on my next visit.

We had Potbelly cater our daughter’s first birthday party and it was such a hit! We ordered 4 boxes of sandwiches and they were all so delicious. So many people at the party commented on how nice the presentation was and how much they enjoyed the food! I was really happy with the way everything was packaged so nicely with each sandwich individually wrapped and all presented in a nice box. We didn’t even eat the sandwiches for a few hours after pick up and everything was still warm because of how they packaged it. Becky, the store manager, was so helpful and kind when we came in to place the order. I highly recommend using this location for catering! Couldn’t have been more happy!

Let's ignore how AWESOME my mushroom sandwich with an add on of meatballs was!! I had called twice having problems with the website loading for the delivery link. I talked with Zeph who was completely helpful and understanding!!! My order was prepared past expectations PLUS!!!! I received a note explaining my order!! Zeph definitely a good kind hearted thoughtful being!! Thank you so much I can count on one hand food that made me happy!! This was my 3rd experience of a great satisfying meal!! Thank you again!!🙏🏽🎯 and Rorschach my Pup loved his half too!!

I’m generally not a huge sandwich fan, not when there’s other lunch options. I really enjoyed the meatball sandwich- and the atmosphere is cute. Has a few books and a drink fridge (with cream soda!) I don’t have any complaints about the service, although I did read the reviews from this past week. I didn’t sense anything rude, just pretty busy.
