The Room was nice, clean & comfortable but the refrigerator barely cooled. Brooke provided friendly & informative service upon check in. The breakfast was not very desirable. The fruit was old, sausage was pale, and the eggs not appealing either. Even the sack on the go breakfast was minimal. The hotel is easy access to I65 so convenient.

We came here because of evacuating Florida from Milton. Jill and Cynthia made this a safe place for us. We had been turned away many times for having dogs AND a cat and just no room. Hilton customer service called and asked for an exception to the two animal rule. They truly made this feel like a vacation than us running for our lives. Absolutely fantastic staff and honestly I would come back here for vacation. They are really life savors. Thank you!!! They even went above and beyond saving the room while we had a 6 hour drive. They called to check in to make sure we were safe and asking if we needed anything waiting for us when we got here. To me that he above and beyond.

My room was 103 and very mildew and moldy! I stayed there, assuming I wouldn’t be in the room very much, but, all of my friends who were staying there said I needed to move my room! I persevered for 21/2 days and was very swollen and sickly on Saturday so I did reach out to Candice at the front desk. She was able to put me in another room (230) and yes no mold or mildew but I felt an upgrade should have been offered.

The bright side of being there was Jill! She was friendly and funny and helpful as I observed her often doing her job and being very nice to everyone!

The front desk person Jill was very awesome and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was really good. My only downside was the person on the floor above us that was up all night. But I must say, once I contacted front desk after 6 it was stopped. The morning ? front desk Astrazk was very nice and I thanked her for taken care of those ppl.

So disappointed. This room - and the hotel -were in desperate need up an update. The headboards did not match the curtain valances. The couch looked like it was 30 years old…threadbare and totally sagged in the middle. The tv was on the wall perpendicular to the beds so it was virtually impossible to watch tv. The bedspreads and towels were dingy. We could hear everything above us. Every step they took was like a herd of elephants. The shower appeared dirty and I’m not sure when they last time they cleaned the fridge, but there was someone’s pineapple in it. The only pleasant thing was that bed was comfortable and the girl at front desk was pleasant. I’ve stayed at alot of Hampton Inns but this will be the last for a while.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to the beach. First, on the website, it was a very small notice about renovations going on. Not a big deal because hotels do have to renovate, no issues here with that. The problem is, they said the rooms were done and they were but they appeared to be done very quickly and no attention to detail. There was caulking missing in the new shower and the front shower door would not stay closed. We had to put a towel in between the doors to keep it shut. Water still splashed outside all over the floor so much, I had to use the extra towel to step out. In the main room area, carpet squares were popping up all over and the floors were dirty. When I stepped into the shower, you could see how dirty the floors actually were. I normally like staying at the Hampton hotel but this was not worth $200 a night. I will definitely pay more attention when booking hotels with this chain next time. The staff was great to work with even when pissy people came in. I only hope the hotel will be better after the renovation.

I was only in town for one night due to a meeting but the suite I had was very nice and the bed was very comfortable, the location to the interstate was good and of course the breakfast included was just so so as is usually the case. Property does have an outside pool . Only negative was I could hear people up and down the hallway as well as upstairs above my room

Checked in fairly late, and Brooke was very friendly and professional to get me into my room so I could sleep. Breakfast was tasty and hot, and the room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient off I-65. Would recommend.
