I redeem my points thru the app all the time and they don't know how to use my rewards. Rude staff. Then they always try to give me the wrong food item when I specifically ask for a certain flavor. I'm just going to the other 7 11 in town from now on. Not worth the annoyance.

Refused to give me a money order unless I paid cash or used their ATM. After some research online it does in fact say I can pay with cash OR debit card. Bad for business. Shouldn't turning paying customers away.

They were the first franchise to operate 24 hours and provide to-go coffee cups, offer a self-serve soda fountain all day long. The company even coined the phrase "BrainFreeze" in honor of their world's favorite frozen drink. 7‑Eleven was the first convenience store to offer ATM services.

I went next door to grab pizza but didn't want to pay $5 for 2 liter soda and decided to stop at 7-Eleven to buy the same at half the price. 7‑Eleven is a convinince store and once the largest chain in the world making reputable name in the franchise business.

I have seen more options at the franchise store in Asian countries than USA. My transaction was simple, quick and efficiently checked out by friendly staff.

I can always find exactly what I’m searching for! The pressed juices are SO good! And I love when the piña colada slurpee flavor is available! It’s my favorite! Staff is super friendly too!

I get a coca-cola slurpee here every week or so, the staff are always so nice at checkout with random updates and remember me for my slurpee habits.
