I was pleasantly surprised! When I think about a protein shake, Atkins or Slimfast comes to mind. I decided to stop in because my coworkers rave about this place and especially their teas. I told the individual running the bar what I was looking for (high protein, low carb) and flavors I enjoy (birthday cake). I was served up with a thick, white milkshake- looking and tasting beverage. It looked like it came from DQ or a McD. There wasn't any of that bad protein drink taste. What a delicious treat that I didn't have to feel guilty about gobbling down!

Meal replacement shakes are fantastic and the loaded teas are delicious, I recommend getting the killer Bee loaded tea, so good!
The owner and employees are always so nice, can't beat this place.

The most welcoming place there is! Danny and his girls know how to make you feel welcome, as well as make a good tea! This business is hands down the best around!
