This was our second time, and we will stay here any chance we get when traveling through Amarillo. The little house is meticulously kept and the decor is restful and lovely. The king size bed is excellent-there is even a "sleep machine" in the room! The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay a good one. We had driven for 10 hours, and this was a most welcome respite--comfortable furniture, our own kitchen , and cozy fireplace. Thank you to Micki for the banana bread, delicious breakfast casserole, and chocolate chip cookies, too! Please, to all who stay here, treat this lovely place with respect. It would be a terrible injustice to fellow travelers if it got run down.

We love this little cottage-like b&b. It is very cosy and pretty with very comfortable furniture. Details are perfect. Large bathroom with walkin shower. Big kitchen and nice sitting are with tv, etc.Micki provides cookies and a couple of muffins and an egg casserole that only need to be popped in the oven for 45 minute for breakfast. It is always very good. I think I could even live here very comfortably. Micki and Robert are only a stone's throw away in case of a problem but also far enough away to make this feel completely private. Really nice place to stay.

I have stayed many times at the 3B and will most definitely return. Micki ensures that the house is always clean and welcoming. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend for anyone wanting a complete home rather than a hotel room. This home is a little outside of Amarillo but you can quickly be on Interstate 40 in about 2 minutes and directly to where you need to go. I hesitate to brag too much because the more people that find out about this place the less chance it will be vacant when I want to stay here, LOL! Don't hesitate for a second in choosing to stay here, Micki always leaves a wonderful breakfast in the fridge that you just need to heat and eat, she's a great cook. I actually call the 3B my home away from home.

Great alternative to standard hotel rooms. You get two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twins, a handicap accessible bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen and a fireplace in a standalone quest house. All this for about the same price as the Homewood Suites. Since this is an unhosted B&B, be prepared to handle meals yourself. Breakfast casserole is in the frig, and chocolate chip cookies are waiting for you upon arrival. You feel like you're miles away from Amarillo, but in reality you're just about 10 minutes from the airport. Love to stay here when in town on business. We stayed here on 3/17 after staying in a Hilton in Lubbock. I'll take the Boyles' place any day over the Hilton. This place was built for comfort and Micki takes very good care of you. Handicap accessible shower and toilet was nice for me. I hope we get to go back soon! You won't go wrong staying here.

I have stayed at this B&B several times,it is very clean and comfortable. There is a very nice walk around porch. The owner does a great job of leaving a good breakfast for each day as well as cookies and coffee cake. Everything is very nice. The only thing wrong is no internet or phone. I travel a lot for work and need to use a computer everyday,we did stop at Starbucks to check email. This was a down time for me so it was ok but could not stay there at a busy time of the year. I do enjoy staying there.

This was our second visit to 3B Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed it as much as we did the first time we visited in 2009. As we entered the home, we found our freshly baked plate of chocolate chip cookie and two hugh homemade cinnamon rolls, and we were happy. Also in the fridge was our breakfast casserole and oven omelet, enough for the two mornings that we would be here.||||The home is so comfy and relaxing, which we took advantage of. We had such a peaceful evening watching the sunset on the porch. Our night's sleep was wonderful, since the only noise was an occasional train. Waking up to such wonderful breakfasts that we only needed to bake in the oven was delightful. We loved watching the cows out the kitchen windows.||||This is truly a piece of country living, not to be missed!

My wife and I stayed here for one night September 21, 2015. Easy to find with very good directions from the owner. The house was very clean, in the middle of a lush field with many trees. Rabits, cows and hawks all over the place very peacful and quiet. At night very quiet a million stars to be seen from the back porch. No slaming doors and yelling children so very different from a hotel. Only two complaints both techie. Needs a new 21st century TV and also WFI would greatly be appreciated.
