Absolutely delicious!!! 1st time here & sat next to 'Jim' who's been coming there for 27 years! Donna was an AWESOME waitress! Had the poached trout with over easy egg & hash browns - OMG!!!

Food was freaking bomb biscuits and gravy on point tritip omelet and country potatoes were fire asf chicken fried steak hash browns and scrambled eggs were on point as well....it was my 1st time and I travel everywhere trying new food and this a good spot that I'd recommend and revisit good job 24th street cafe

My visit today was extremely underwhelming. I placed an order to go, and the guy over the phone said there is a 15% fee for pick up orders, which i consented to. When I paid for my food items, it was raised to 18%. This is only for ONE order.

My food was completely scrambled around in my container. I ordered the Turkey, Tomato, and Egg Omlet. The tomatoes were raw and thrown over my omelet. Except, they decided to cook the turkey in the eggs? The avocado was smashed. The potatoes had NO flavor. For almost $25 dollars on a single meal, this is quite upsetting.

I've visited before and the food was amazing. After visiting this time around, there are plenty of other mom and pop diners that offer better food quality without the service fee.

Food was excellent and so fresh! I ordered the waffle and it was crispy and light and came with homemade peanut butter on the side! I also ordered the country fried steak and it didn’t look so appetizing but the flavor was so yummy! It was lightly hand breaded not made from a frozen patty. Now every time I visit Bakersfield I’ll be coming here!

Breakfast? Just go here. Busy and very good food. We were passing through and decided to try out this "diner/cafe". First of all, the service is amazing. Fast, friendly, and they really take care of you. Our waitress Clarinda really made our day. The biscuit and gravy is amazing. Hash browns really good ( not greasy) and omelets are really good. Very, very good.
