My husband and I visited for a one night getaway to celebrate his recent retirement. We stayed in the standard room, which are older, since neither one of us wanted to spend an extra hundred for a room with a porch and fireplace. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were relaxing and perfect for what we needed. Also the staff could not have been more helpful with anything we requested, even down to needing a bandaid. The room was clean and above expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to relax and enjoy.

The hotel was great all around but I wanted to emphasize two specifics parts. The location is awesome because you can literally walk to everything. Second, the service was amazing…I left a very expensive shirt in the room and housekeeping looked up our reservation, contacted us for the shipping address, and then sent it free even after I offered to pay. Shout out to Lorena for the fantastic service.

The Service out of this world. I was in a Tractor trailer needing a room for Monday night. They went so far the lady went and picked up my dinner from the Smokehouse and bought it back to me after I ordered on the phone
From the time I walked they were super nice, respectful. If I could give 10 Stars 🌟 I would. Thank you lady's for a wonderful experience. I stay in hotels all the time for my job and have never had such a great night. Thank yall

What a wonderful hotel! Nicely appointed. Very nice rooms. Our bed was amazing! I rarely sleep all night. I slept like a baby! Heated tile floor in bathroom. Located right downtown! Emma, our front desk person, was so accommodating and sincerely wanted our stay to be perfect! I can’t say enough positive things about her!|I highly recommend this hotel!

We can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff, beautiful dog friendly rooms, and the perfect distance to walk to everything Highlands has to offer. And you get access to all the OEI restaurants and bars you have to be a guest to access. Will definitely be back!

A hidden gem right in downtown Highlands! Close to all the action but a very quiet spot. We loved sitting around the gas firepit and sipping wine, lounging in the hot tub, enjoying the rocking chairs on our balcony and drinking our morning coffee with our fireplace illuminating the room.
The staff was also exceptional with Ian and Emma helping our stay be even better.
The room and all the grounds were very clean and well kept.
A favorite lil surprise = Heated floors in the bathroom!!!!
Highly recommend - we will be back.

Might depend on which room you get. Old motel feel, size and parking. Great location to walk to everything. Nice sheets. Terrible sink/vanity configuration. Small room. Queen beds felt like they were really full beds. Very small bathroom and vanity/dressing area. Clean. Very thin walls so can hear everything from adjoining rooms at normal conversation level. Should have made bathtub just walk in shower with better shower spray. Wall air conditioner but worked okay. Most of staff was friendly.
