We would like to start this review by thanking phallyn and her team for making their best effort to make our wedding a really special day. We are thankful ! She did the best to accommodate our needs regarding the circumstances. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars unfortunately is because we feel like (due to constant construction delays) our wedding was the second event at the place and we felt we were not able to enjoy the place to it's full potential. One of the main reasons we booked the venue was for the view, but most of the landscaping was not complete. The sod was placed a week or two before our wedding and we ended up with a not so pretty background on most our photos and video. (We paid for drone coverage). As well as the buildings audio not working properly. We understand some of these things were out of her hands but it would have been nice! Overall we loved it ! Thank you again phallyn

I’m a wedding planner and have had the privilege of working with Phallyn and her beautiful venue. The staff is the best staff I’ve ever worked with. They make sure every event runs smoothly and truly care about their clients. 1684 venue resort is the most breathtaking venue. I’m amazed every time I’m there. Absolutely cannot recommend this venue and staff enough!! The most beautiful place and the kindest people. Each bride I’ve worked with also LOVES their experience with 1684! Can’t wait to do more events here!!

I called earlier asking about prices for my son's birthday and the lady and I was having a conversation then all of a sudden the call ended and I had tried to call back several times and my calls would get forwarded to voicemail that was rude in my opinion if they didn’t/couldn’t accommodate that’s all they had to say and not give me rudest cold shoulder
This is just my personal experience
I thought this place was beautiful but if that’s how they treat people then..
